RT5735为一个具有两个集成的MOSFET的5.5V、5A同步降压恒定导通时间(COT)电流模式转换器。RT5735透过整合MOSFET实现小体积的设计，并采用电流模式控制，以减少外部组件数。最高开关频率达2.4MHz，可以降低电感的体积大小，并使IC封装最小化至WL-CSP-20B 1.6x2 (BSC)。RT5735提供各种负载下精确的± 1％参考电压（ VREF）通过集成34mΩ/18mΩ MOSFETs和70μA典型静态电流效率得以最大化。使用使能引脚进入关断模式，关断电源电流小于2μA。输出电压启动斜坡由慢启动引脚(slow start pin)控制。当输出在90%至95%的额定电压时，漏极开路电源良好信号指示输出。
